This patient in her mid- 20s presents with concerns of breathing difficulty as well as seeking improvement in her dorsal hump. Her desire was refinement, not total change. I performed an open rhinoplasty with takedown of the dorsal hump as well as slight nasal tip elevation and a functional septoplasty. You can see at her one year follow up she had nice resolution of the dorsal hump with a slightly elevated nasal tip. On frontal view, you can notice slight changes in the nasal tip highlights and a softer appearance to the upper part of the nose, preserving identity while making subtle refinement.
