This patient presented to my clinic to discuss cosmetic concerns including a dorsal hump, nostril show and large nasal tip as well as functional concerns from a deviated septum. I performed an open rhinoplasty and functional septoplasty, focusing on straightening the nose, refining the nasal tip and taking down the dorsal hump as well as removing the septal deviation. You can see on her frontal view the improvement in the straightness of her nose and the bulbosity of the tip as well as elevation of the nasal tip from the side view. At one year she can breathe better and is very pleased with her results.
