Rhinoplasty
This 18 year old patient presented in clinic with significant breathing complications through her nose due to a deviated external nose as well as internal septum and inferior turbinate hypertrophy. The patient also desired cosmetic improvement of her nose. Her primary concern was her dorsal hump on profile.
Her frontal view before surgery demonstrates the deviation of the nose to the left as well as the hints of her dorsal hump. The lateral before photo demonstrates the significant dorsal hump.
Her post-surgical views demonstrate significant straightening of the nose on frontal view with refinement of the nasal tip. Her lateral view demonstrates a straight dorsal line with a pleasing natural appearance to the nose.
