This 25 year old patient presented in clinic desiring improvement of her chin and neck area. On physical examination and evident in her lateral before photos, she was found to have poor contour to her submental area with excess fat and an underdeveloped chin.
To address her concerns, the patient has elected to proceed with a chin augmentation, submental fat removal and a platysmaplasty (muscle tightening). Evident in her lateral after photo, the patient a significant improvement in her jawline and neck contour with better chin projection.
