This 22 year-old female presented in clinic with concerns regarding the prominence of her ears and desired an Otoplasty.
On physical examination, she had the typical findings consisting of a relative lack of an antihelical fold as well as a prominent conchal mastoid angle. She elected to proceed with a bilateral Otoplasty.
Her before and after images demonstrate significant improvement with reduction of the prominent appearance of the ears as well as improved contours of the folds within the ears. The procedure was performed in office under a local and oral sedation. The patient was very pleased with the aesthetic outcome.
