This 19-year-old female patient presented with concerns with the prominent appearance of her ears. She desires cosmetic improvement. She elected to undergo a bilateral otoplasty.
The frontal view demonstrates the significant improvement obtained in the overall prominent appearance of the ears. The oblique view illustrates the lack of ear cartilage folding prior to the procedure and the nice aesthetic folds which can be created. The natural, non-prominent appearance is the greatest reward for the patient.
