Endoscopic Forehead, Blepharoplasty, Otoplasty
This patient is a 48 year-old female who was interested in improving the tired appearance of her eyes as well as improving the appearance of her prominent ears. She was felt to have significant brow descent as well as upper eyelid skin redundancy. Her ears were also prominent.
She underwent an endoscopic browlift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty and otoplasty. Her frontal view shows the nice improvement in her brow position without an overdone surprised look. Her upper eyelid has more tarsal show (skin above the lashes) and overall the eyes look much more rested. These findings are confirmed on the oblique view and close-up. The frontal view also shows the nice improvement in the appearance of her ears. They are nicely rotated back into a natural position allowing her to wear her hair back without being self conscious.
