This 35-year–old female presented in clinic to discuss her dissatisfaction with her prominent ears and was seeking cosmetic improvement. She elected to proceed with a bilateral otoplasty.
Her before and after images demonstrate that compelling improvement with the reduction in the prominence of the ears as well as improving the contours of the folds within the ear. Patient is extremely happy and now feels confidence when pulling back her hair.
