This 32-year-old female presented in clinic concerned with recurrent prominence of her ears. She had a history of a previous otoplasty by another physician a year ago. She desired a revision otoplasty.
The procedure was performed in the office with oral sedation and a local anesthetic. Upon review of her photos, the frontal view best demonstrates the significant improvement obtained in the overall prominent appearance of the ears. She was very pleased with the aesthetic modifications and how her now set–back ears are no longer a distraction.
