This patient 28 year old female was interested in cosmetic improvement for her prominent ears. Upon physical examination, she was found to have bilateral prominent ears both in the antihellical fold and concha. The right ear was significantly more prominent than the left.
To address her concerns she chose to undergo a cosmetic otoplasty. Her frontal before-and-after photos denote the modification of her protruding ears. Despite the great degree of pre-operative asymmetry, the ears have been nicely contoured excellent improvement and a very natural appearance.
