This 8 year-old female and her mother presented in clinic desiring improvement on the appearance of her prominent ears. She had typical findings of prominent ears with a relative lack of an anti-helical fold and an increased angle between the ear and head. She underwent a bilateral otoplasty. The before and after photos demonstrate well the general reduction in the prominence of the ears as well as the improved contours of the folds within the ear.
