This patient in her mid thirties presented to the clinic desiring a minimal change, wanting her right upper eyelid to be more symmetrical to her left upper eyelid. After discussion, Dr. Frey recommended a conservative right upper eyelid surgery. An in-office, right sided upper blepharoplasty was performed. In the after photos, you can see the small, but noticeable change to the right side which brings symmetry to the upper eyelids. The patient is very pleased with her results, and we are appreciative that she trusted us with her care. Sometimes small changes can have a big impact!
