This patient in her 30s presented in clininc desiring a change in the appearance of her nose and her eyes. She indicatd she did not like the hump on the dorsum, as well as her drooping tip. She also does not like the size of her nostrils. With regard to her eyes she wanted a brighter appearance. She elected to undergo a cosmetic rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty. At her 3 month post-operative appointment she reported that she was very happy with both results.
