
This patient presented with concerns for the appearance of her upper eyelids, mainly that she wanted to obtain a more youthful appearance and a reduction in the amount of upper eyelid skin. Examination demonstrated a significant amount of upper eyelid dermatochalasis with non-existent tarsal show and significant nasal and middle fat pad prominence. She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty with nasal and middle fat compartment contouring. At her 3-month follow-up visit, the patient achieved a more youthful appearance of her eyes and a significant reduction in upper eyelid skin excess. She was pleased with the experience and overall outcome.
