This 58-year-old woman presented with concerns for excess upper eyelid skin and lower eyelid hollowing. She had trialed Sculptra with satisfactory results in the past but desired a more long term approach. She underwent a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty, partial fat transfer, upper eyelid blepharoplasty. At her 3-month follow up visit, the volume deficiency has improved and heavyness around her eyes is now gone. Her eyes have a more youthful. and awake appearance.
