This 39-year-old patient presented in clinic seeking facial rejuvenation. She had previously used Botox for her forehead and fillers for her jaw and chin. She is now ready to consider surgical procedures to achieve more lasting results.
Her skin is in excellent condition with only very minor fine lines. The main areas of focus involve the upper face, especially the extra skin on her upper eyelids causing some heaviness. In the lower face, she maintains great volume in her cheeks, but there is some mild sagging along the jawline and moderate creases near the mouth. While her chin has a good profile, there is a deep groove below her lower lip and some moderate looseness in the skin of her neck. Her concerns were addressed by Dr. Buckingham performing a Limited Incision Lower , Submental Microliposuction, Restylane at the labiomental crease and Upper Blepharoplasty.
