This 44 year old female presented with concerns for her upper eyelids and was looking to improve the aesthetic appearance. She has previously undergone an upper blepharoplasty over 12 years ago. Exam demonstrated moderate upper eyelid dermatochalasis with nasal fat compartment steatoblepharon. To address her concerns, we recommended a bilateral upper blepharoplasty with nasal fat pad reduction. Following her procedure, the patient achieved a nice improvement in the appearance of her upper eyelids which is best noted on frontal view.
