This 71-year-old female desired improvement for age related changes in her facial appearance. On physical examination, she demonstrated severe neck and jowl laxity as well as poor contour to her submental area with an under developed chin. This is noticeable when one observes the lateral before photos. To address her concerns patient elected to proceed with a and Chin Augmentation including liposuction of the neck and jowl microliposuction.
Comparing her before and after photos best demonstrates the overall youthful change by eliminating the jowling and contouring the lower face. The lateral views best demonstrates the improvement to the neck, jawline and chin giving her a very natural but yet rejuvenated appearance.
