Revision Rhinoplasty
This patient presented after undergoing a rhinoplasty from another physician. She was concerned about the appearance of her nose as well as difficulty breathing. Her photos demonstrate the severely over resected dorsum with a saddle-nose deformity. Her nasal tip is over-rotated and “pug-nose” in appearance. She underwent a revision rhinoplasty which required harvesting rib cartilage.
Her photos demonstrate the improvement in the appearance of her nose. The frontal view shows how the nose is no longer washed out in appearance with a wide appearance from the lack of dorsal height. The tip is no longer elevated. Her lateral view also demonstrates the improvement in the dorsal line with resolution of the saddling and decreased rotation of the nasal tip. Her nasal airway has also been improved
