This young male and his parents presented with concerns for prominent ears. Exam demonstrated prominent ears, greater on the right than the left, and a lack of an antihelical fold (definition of cartilage). He underwent a bilateral otoplasty under general anesthesia. Three month follow up photos demonstrate improvement in ear symmetry, more well defined cartilages and a reduction in the prominence of each ear.
