This patient presented to Dr. Smith interested in addressing his prominent ears. On examination, he was found to have increased projection of the rim of his ear as well as enlarged ear cartilage. To address his concerns, Dr. Smith performed a bilateral otoplasty, or ear pinning surgery using only local anesthesia. Note on the after photos the improvement in ear projection, achieved through well – hidden incisions behind the ear. We are thankful he trusted us with his care.
