This 55 year old presented to our clinic concerned about overall facial aging. She was evaluated and felt to have descent of her forehead and brow with excess upper eyelid skin, puffiness of the lower eyelids, cheek descent and lower jawline and neck descent. Special items of note in her case are the low position of her voice-box which determines the extent of neck lift that can be obtained. She underwent an endoscopic brow and midface lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, lower facelift and full face chemical peel. Her frontal view demonstrates how her eyes have brightened with increased tarsal show (the skin above the eyelashes). Her brow is slightly higher and in a natural position. The lower eyelids are less puffy and tired in appearance and the cheeks are more full and youthful. The oblique views highlight the improvement in her cheek fold and contour and the lateral views show the nice improvement in the jawline and neck. Her facial skin coloration and lines have been improved with the chemical peel.
