Upper Blepharoplasty, Endoscopic Browlift, Facial Fat Transfer and TCA PeelThis 43-year-old female presented in clinic for evaluation regarding facial aging concerns. She had a history of noninvasive skin resurfacing procedures with us. On physical examination and evident in her frontal before photos, she was found to have a very low brow height. She also had excessive upper eyelid skin and was with age related facial volume loss, predominately in her lower eyelids and cheek area. To address her concerns, she underwent an endoscopic browlift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid, cheek and pre-jowl fat transfer and TCA chemical peel.
When comparing both frontal photos, notice the overall improvement. Her skin texture is now softer and smoother and her eyes seem brighter. The lateral and oblique photos demonstrate the improvement in the contouring to the cheek and jawline area. The dark circles under her eyes are now absent and there is a smooth convex contour which gathers light over her entire face. Overall, these procedures have given her a more youthful and refreshed appearance that is beautiful and very natural without any stigma of a post-surgical look.
