Full Face Chemical peel, Full Face Fat Transfer, Endoscopic Brow Lift, Upper Blepharoplasty, Lower Blepharoplasty and Lower Face and Neck Lift
This 47 year old patient presented was interested in overall facial rejuvenation. She was found to have brow depression, excessive upper eyelid skin, excessive fatty tissue of the lower eyelid, mid-facial volume loss, jowling, neck laxity and facial wrinkling with sun damage. She underwent a full face chemical peel, full face fat transfer, endoscopic brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty and lower face and neck lift.
Her frontal images demonstrate the overall improvement in her face. The brow has been elevated and the upper eyelid now has a natural but increased tarsal show. The lower eyelids are no longer elongated and tired looking, but now blend with the elevated, full and youthful cheeks. The facial jowling and neck laxity has been elevated and the perioral area no longer looks sad. Her overall skin condition is much improved with decrease in wrinkling and pigment changes.
Her oblique view correlates with the above findings, but highlights the improvement in the cheek and lower eyelid region.
The lateral view best highlights the improvement in the neck and jawline contours.
