Upper Bleph, Limited Incision Facelift, Partial Fat Transfer and Fractionated CO2
This 53 year-old female presented in clinic with concerns to the appearance of her upper and lower eyelids as well as her lower face. On physical examination she was found to have bilateral upper eyelid skin laxity and facial volume deficiency throughout. Her lower face demonstrated jowling and overall skin wrinkling with pigmentation. To address her concerns, we recommended an Upper Blepharoplasty with medial fat removal, Partial Fat Transfer, a Limited Incision Facelift and Fractionated CO2 laser to the lower eyelids.
Her frontal images best demonstrate the overall improvement. She looks younger without the obvious signs of surgical intervention. Her eyes look wider and rested. The jawline is clean and the overall facial shape has improved from rectangle to triangular. The lateral photos display the smooth contour to her jawline that has been achieved with the Limited Incision Facelift. Overall she is incredibly happy with her surgical outcome which has given her a youthful and natural look.
