This 55 year old female came into clinic desiring an overall improvement for facial aging and had specific concerns with lower face, neck, brow, perioral lines, glabellar lines and spider veins around the nose. She was a smoker prior to surgery and was required to quit smoking.
The patient underwent an endoscopic brow lift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, full face fat transfer, limited incision lower facelift and full face chemical peel with perioral CO2 Matrix laser at 80%.
Comparing her frontal before and after photos demonstrates the remarkable improvement in her facial aging. The overall diminishing of fine lines and wrinkles is a direct effect of the full face TCA Peel. Elevation of the brow and upper eyelids through the lower and upper blepharoplasty as well as the endoscopic browlift has relieved her tired and angry appearance to this area of her face. The oblique view highlights the rested appearance due to the cheeks being full and the lower eyelids now have a youthful contour. The limited incision lower facelift has resolved the lower facial jowling and the neckline is considerably improved as well. The softened and even-toned appearance of the skin is decidedly notable especially in the perioral area. The before and after mouth views exhibit deep smoker’s lines to the lip that have been impressively softened due to the CO2 laser treatment.
