Upper Blepharoplasy, Endoscopic Browlift, Facelift, Fat Transfer and TCA Peel
This 70-year-old patient presented in clinic to discuss facial rejuvenation. She was concerned about the general overall appearance of her face. Her before photos demonstrate the heavy brow with deep frown lines and upper eyelid skin hooding. The lateral and oblique views show the heavy lower face with jowls and neck sagging as well as the facial volume loss with dark circles under her eyes.
The patient elected to proceed with an upper blepharoplasty, endoscopic browlift, lower facelift, facial fat transfer and tca chemical peel.
Her after photos demonstrate the overall youthful restoration that can be reached with the combination of these procedures. Notice the difference in the cheek area after the facial fat transfer making them more youthful and round. Also note how her upper eyelids and brow are now less heavy. The lateral views best demonstrate the striking improvement to the neck and jawline area as well as the projection (anterior roundness) of the cheeks. You can also observe the overall improvement to her skin texture, pigment and wrinkle reduction from the peel. Her post-operative appearance is years younger, but yet entirely natural in appearance.
