This patient in her mid 50s consulted with Dr. Buckingham regarding the overall aging appearance of her face and neck. The only prior aesthetic procedure she had received was BOTOX®, but felt that it was no longer effective to address the sagging and deeper lines in her face and neck. Dr. Buckingham performed a lower facelift and necklift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, full face fat transfer, and full face CO2 laser skin resurfacing. At her 3 month post-op appointment the patient reported that she was very pleased with her overall results. As seen in her after photos, she has a much more youthful and refreshed appearance. Her skin at her jowls and neck is tight and no longer sags. The restoration of volume accentuates the contours of her face in a natural way enhancing her beauty. The CO2 resurfacing assists in the entire result as fine lines and deeper grooves around the mouth are eliminated. To maintain and enhance the results of surgery, the patient will undergo MOXI® laser treatments regularly.
