This 66 year old female presents with concerns for age related facial changes, mainly her lower face. She was noted to have significant cervical laxity with mild cervical adipose excess, moderate jowling and excess jowl adipose tissue. She underwent a lower facelift with cervical liposuction and platysmaplasty with jowl micro liposuction. At her 3-month follow up visit, she had achieved an excellent improvement in cervicomental laxity with smooth jawline and neck contour.
