This 68-year-old woman underwent facelift 18 years ago and presented to the Buckingham Center with concerns for progressive aging of the mid and lower face. We performed full lower facelift with platysma tightening. At her 3 month post operative appointment, the patient reported being very happy with her results and experience. The after photos highlight her beautiful, smooth new neckline and jawline as well as her more youthful appearance overall.
