This 56 year old female presented with concerns for age related facial changes. Mainly, her concerns focused on her eyebrow height, lower face skin laxity and lower eyelid volume deficiency. Examination demonstrated brows that were seat below the orbital rim with temporal ptosis, upper eyelid dermatochalasis, lower eyelid steatoblepharon with volume deficiency of the lower eyelid and cheek, jowling and moderate cervicomental laxity with platysmal banding. To address her concerns, she underwent a deep-plane lower facelift with platysmaplasty, bilateral lower blepharoplasty, bilateral endoscopic browlift and partial fat transfer. At her three-month follow up visit, the patient has achieved excellent results with a more youthful appearance while maintaining a natural feel. She was very pleased with the outcome.
