This lady presented with concerns for the appearance of her jawline and neck. Examination demonstrated moderate jowling, moderate cervical laxity and mild submental adipose tissue. She underwent a lower facelift with platysmaplasty and judicious submental liposuction. At her follow up visit, the patient achieved an excellent result with smooth jawline contour, reduction in cervical adipose tissue and improvement in cervicomental laxity.
