A woman in her early 40s met with Dr. Frey to address heavy, tired-looking eyes and uneven skin texture from early signs of aging and sun exposure. To fix the sagging skin on her upper eyelids that was causing the heavy appearance, Dr. Frey performed an upper blepharoplasty to gently trim the excess skin and open up her eyes. To treat the rest of her face, he used CO2 laser resurfacing, which works by removing damaged outer skin layers and boosting collagen production underneath to smooth fine lines and even out skin tone. Together, these two treatments restored a naturally rested, smooth, and refreshed look.
