A 55-year-old male presented to nurse injector Rene’ Thomas seeking a subtle facial refresh and structural balancing to correct a fatigued appearance. On examination, he demonstrated dynamic forehead and glabellar wrinkling, subtle chin receding, pre-jowl shadowing and a loss of some definition to his jawline. To address these concerns, Rene' formulated a customized treatment plan combining Dysport® with resilient hyaluronic acid fillers, RHA 2® and RHA 4® by Revance®. Dysport® was used between the eyebrows and across the forehead. She then strategically placed RHA 4 to improve chin projection, as well as along the mandibular line to smooth the pre-jowl sulcus and sharpen overall jawline definition. RHA 2 was placed in the mid-to-superficial dermal layers to seamlessly blend the lower face transitions and smooth fine perioral creases without adding unwanted bulk.
