In her late 50s and having undergone an upper blepharoplasty fifteen years prior at another practice, this patient visited the Buckingham Center seeking to address increasing laxity in the eye region and etched lines around the lips. Upon examination, Dr. Frey identified excess skin on both upper eyelids. He determined she was an excellent candidate for a revision upper blepharoplasty to restore symmetry and a revitalization to her aesthetic. Given the patient’s history of dry eye, Dr. Frey recommended a conservative surgical approach to mitigate the risk of exacerbating her symptoms. The patient healed quickly with minimal downtime and is delighted with her outcome. Following her surgical procedure, she elected to treat her perioral concerns with Nurse Injector Nicole Elek. Using RHA Redensity, Nicole effectively smoothed the fine lines around the mouth while providing subtle volume and hydration to the lips. The postprocedural photographs showcase a natural, harmonious result. The patient appears refreshed, with her natural features beautifully enhanced.
