This gentleman underwent excision of a large carcinoma from his upper lip from a Mohs procedure. He then presented for reconstruction where he underwent a combined procedure wedging out the upper lip to reconstruct the mucosal border with a cutaneous advancement to repair the remainder of the skin defect.His photos demonstrate the lip prior to surgery with the biopsy site evident, the lip following cancer excision and his post-reconstruction photos.
