This gentleman underwent excision of a large carcinoma from his upper lip from a Mohs procedure. He then presented for reconstruction where he underwent a combined procedure wedging out the upper lip to reconstruct the mucosal border with a cutaneous advancement to repair the remainder of the skin defect. His photos demonstrate the lip prior to surgery with the biopsy site evident, the lip following cancer excision and his post-reconstruction photos.
