A patient in her mid-30s visited the Buckingham Center to consult with Dr. Hudson Frey regarding facial aging concerns in her lower face. She noted a history of Ultherapy treatments, as well as the use of the neuromodulator Dysport® to address her upper face, specifically the forehead, glabella, and crow's feet. Upon examination, Dr. Frey noted submental fullness, platysmal banding, and neck laxity. While he determined she would be an excellent candidate for a neck lift in the future, her current goals included a 10-to-15-pound weight loss, and her busy schedule allowed for no surgical downtime. Consequently, Dr. Frey concluded that the best immediate course of action was a non-surgical approach utilizing dermal fillers and neuromodulators in the lower face and neck. Buckingham Center's registered nurse injector, Nicole Elek, subsequently treated the patient's upper lip and neck with , and enhanced her pre-jowl area and chin with RHA® 3. A review of her before-and-after photos reveals a subtle transformation that beautifully enhances her natural features and restores a youthful vitality. The patient is thrilled with her refreshed appearance and the noticeable lift achieved in her neck.
