Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty, Facelift and Fat Transfer
This is a 61-year-old female who presents herself to clinic with concerns regarding facial rejuvenation more specific to upper and lower eyelids, lower face and volume loss. She has recently lost over 100 pounds which as a result has emphasized her facial aging.
On physical examination and evident in her frontal before photo, her upper eyelids have significant sagging and medial fat. Her lower eyelids have a deep orbital groves and she has severe mid facial volume loss. Also notice the lower face jowling in her lateral before photo. To address her concerns patient has undergone an Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty, Facelift and Fat Transfer.
Her after photos demonstrate how years of aging can be reversed by restoring facial volume loss and contouring the lower face. Her frontal and oblique views highlight the improvement to both the upper and lower eyelids. Her overall appearance seems youthful but yet very natural.
