Lower Blepharoplasty, Full Face Fat Transfer, Lower Eyelid Chemical Peel.
This 55 year-old male was concerned about the tired appearance of his lower eyelids and desired long-term improvement.
Pre-operative assessment showed a small amount of fat protruding forward from the lower eyelid, but mostly a severe negative vector where the cheek does not project adequately forward and therefore creates a deep orbital groove. His condition was treated with a lower eyelid blepharoplasty and full face autologous fat transfer with lower eyelid chemical peel.
His frontal view after the procedure shows the overall improvement in the appearance of the eyes with relief of the tired bags. The oblique and lateral views both give a better look at the improved contour of the upper and lateral cheek, showing how the fat has built up the cheek into the lower eyelid region leaving a nice convex lower eyelid cheek junction that looks refreshed and youthful.
