Limited Incision Lower Facelift, Full Face Fat transfer, Upper Blepharoplasty
This patient is a 48-year-old female who desired cosmetic improvement for her upper and lower eyelids as well as the cheek region and lower face. To address her concerns I recommended a Limited Incision Lower Facelift, Full Face Fat Transfer, and Upper Blepharoplasty.
Upon review of the before and after photos of the patient’s eyes, a very natural yet significant improvement can be noted. The once tired and heavy eyes now appear more youthful and vibrant. While the area under the eyes did not need to be addressed with removal of skin or tissue, the deep wrinkles and orbital groove have diminished by replacing the lost volume with the transfer of her own fat. The patient will enjoy long lasting results as the fat vascularizes.
The lateral and oblique views highlight the improvement to the neck area and jawline as well as relieving the deeper jowl and nasolabial lines through the minimally invasive procedure of the Limited Incision Lower Facelift.
