This 48 year old male presented in clinic with concerns about the appearance of his lower face. He had experimented in the past with a minimally invasive “popular” procedure that did not provide him the results he was seeking. He elected to proceed with a limited incision facelift; while this is a minimally invasive surgical procedure with minimal downtime it affords natural, long lasting results.
Comparisons of his before and after photos demonstrate a marked improvement in the jawline and neckline as well as tightening of the jowl and marionette areas around his mouth. The oblique views provide the best view of how this minimally invasive procedure provides the patient with a fresh and more refined appearance to his lower face.
