This 59-year-old patient presented in clinic with desires to improve her lower facial aging and help maintaining collagen.On examination she was felt to have jowling and neck laxity, with some neck banding. The patient prefers a limited approach however and is willing to have some neck laxity in exchange for a minimally invasive approach.
When comparing the frontal photos notice the reduction in the lines around the mouth and jowl area. One can also appreciate the improvement to the jawline and neck area when observing the lateral and oblique photos with no sign of surgical intervention. Her Broadband Light treatments have shown improvement in skin lines and pigmentation. Doing these procedures has given the patient a more refreshed and youthful appearance.
