This 60-year-old patient presented in clinic with desires to improve her lower face. She has a history of a lower facelift in 2003 by a different physician.
On physical examination she had recurrent severe jowling with forehead and glabellar wrinkling. She has decided to proceed with a limited incision facelift and neurotoxin to the glabella and forehead area utilizing Dysport®.
Comparisons of her before and after photos demonstrate the significant improvement in the jawline and neckline, especially from the frontal view. Her after photos demonstrate a younger more refreshed version of the prior. With a limited incision approach she has achieved a significant improvement in her appearance with a minimally invasive procedure.
