Facelift Limited Incision
This 60-year-old patient presented in clinic with desires to improve her lower face. She has a history of a lower facelift in 2003 by a different physician.
On physical examination she had recurrent severe jowling with forehead and glabellar wrinkling. She has decided to proceed with a limited incision facelift and neurotoxin to the glabella and forehead area utilizing Dysport.
Comparisons of her before and after photos demonstrate the significant improvement in the jawline and neckline, especially from the frontal view. Her after photos demonstrate a younger more refreshed version of the prior. With a limited incision approach she has achieved a significant improvement in her appearance with a minimally invasive procedure.
