This patient presented with concerns regarding the appearance of her jawline and neck, as well as wrinkles around her mouth. On her frontal view, there are deep nasolabial folds with jowling, as well as deep wrinkles around her mouth. On lateral view, we can appreciate excess skin laxity below the chin and along the neck. The patient elected to undergo a limited incision lower facelift in the office. Her postoperative photos show marked improvement in jowling and lower facial skin laxity. Her postoperative lateral view shows tightening of the skin along her neck. The patient later also elected to undergo postoperative filler placement to address wrinkles around the mouth as well as Broadband Light Therapy for her skin. She has great improvement in fine lines and skin pigment as a result.She is thrilled with her refreshed appearance!
