This patient wished to improve the appearance of her jaw and necklines. On her preoperative frontal view, she has moderate jowling with descent of the soft tissues of the lower face. On lateral view, there is excess skin laxity beneath the chin and along the anterior neck. She elected to undergo a deep place limited incision facelift. Postoperatively, her frontal and ¾ view photos show improvement in her jowling and facial skin laxity. On lateral view we can appreciate tightening along her jawline and improvement in skin laxity in the submental area. She is very happy with her refreshed appearance!
