This patient is a 68-year-old female with a history of previous cosmetic surgery. She has recurrent facial aging and is interested in surgical intervention. Her preoperative photographs show significant facial volume loss with facial wrinkling and coloration abnormality. She also has recurrent jowling and laxity of her neck.
She elected to undergo a full face autologous fat transfer, a limited incision lower facelift and a full face chemical peel.
Comparing her before-and-after photos the frontal view shows the significant improvement in her overall appearance including the plumpness and her cheeks and the relief of the shadows on her eyes. Note the significant decrease in her facial wrinkling and coloration irregularities. The oblique view is the best to look at the plumpness of the cheek and the contours of the lower eyelid. The lateral view best demonstrates the improvement along her jawline and neck.
