This patient desired cosmetic improvement in the appearance of her nose. Her preoperative frontal view demonstrates deviation of the nose to the left. Lateral view demonstrates a a hump, as well as an under-rotated and under-projected nasal tip. The postoperative photos demonstrate much improved nasal proportions with elimination of the nasal hump and refinement of the nasal tip. The lateral view best demonstrates the rotation and hump removal with aesthetic balance of the dorsum and tip. The frontal view shows the straightening of the nose with better highlights, but also improvement in the tip position relative to the upper lip with the rotation provided. The patient is thrilled with her result.
