This 30 year old male desired cosmetic refinement of his nose. He was primarily concerned with the lateral view which contained a dependent, under-projected, under-rotated nasal tip with a dorsal hump.
His frontal view demonstrates refinement in the nasal tip both in width and elevation. The lateral view demonstrates elevation of the nasal tip and adjustment in the dorsal height to now balance with the rest of the nose and face.
