Rhinoplasty
This 52 year old gentleman had a history of previous nasal trauma with difficulty breathing as well as cosmetic concerns regarding the crooked appearance of his dorsum and tip on frontal view and the hump on lateral view. He underwent a rhinoplasty with septoplasty, osteotomies, placement of spreader grafts and an on-lay graft for the right nasal tip cartilage as well as other maneuvers.
His 1 year post-operative photos demonstrate the improvements in his nasal appearance and correlating improvement in breathing. His frontal view demonstrates the improvement in the crooked appearance of the nasal dorsum and tip with widening of the middle third of the nose and therefore improved breathing. His lateral view demonstrates the now straight dorsal line with a pleasing aesthetic appearance.
